OverviewThe Senior Digital Planner will be the key point of contact for an important new client of the agency. The ideal candidate must be able to act as a consultant to the client, find opportunities to innovate and have the ability to manage day-to-day planning and analysis.
ResponsibilitiesHow you’d spend your day:
- Act as Point Of contact for the client;
- Be responsible for client’s budget and allocation
- Assisting the digital media lead and supervisor in developing the best annual digital strategy and propose new activations;
- Produce digital media plans, including negotiation with key publishers;
- Oversees digital media campaigns set up, creative assets workflow and trackings;
- Monitor digital media campaigns performances and produce post campaigns reports / QBRs and detailed analysis;
- Keep track of Digital Media PO reconciliation process;
- Keep relationship with key media partners, internal stakeholders and scout new ones;
- Analyze research data and media/marketing information, share information with clients;
- Finding innovative digital solution must be a part of digital planning
- 4+ years of work experience in digital media planning - context of media agency
- Advanced used of Excel (PIVOT tables) and Power Point
- Good use of digital planning tools (Business Manager, GA, DV360, CM, SA360) Nice to have: Adbox;
- Italian native (mandatory) and English (B1 or more);
- Knowledge of all digital disciplines: Display, SEM, Social, Programmatic – Strong knowledge of Digital CTV / Video / Audio /DOOH;
- Team player;
- Attention to detail;
- Analytical and critical spirit;
- Priority management.
