As a Cerence team member, you'll also:Stay updated on state-of-the-art AI developments, ensuring continuous learning.Develop and maintain NLP models for ongoing projects.Test and analyze the performance of next-generation systems in integrated end-to-end setups.Analyze diverse data types to inform effective modeling strategies.Communicate research results through technical reports and presentations.Develop and maintain tools to enhance the AI modeling environment.Provide support to team members in research tasks and guide production teams toward success in customer projects.Who you are:Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and LLMs (Large Language Models).Experience in tailoring existing LLMs to specific applications, including finetuning and prompt tuning.Proficient in TensorFlow and PyTorch.Passionate about working with data.Familiarity with both Windows and Linux environments.Fluent in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.Capable of working independently on complex tasks and effectively reporting results to stakeholders.Demonstrated teamwork, initiative-taking, and goal-oriented mindset.​At Cerence, we value thought leadership and mentorship, and we're looking for someone who can contribute to our culture in these areas.
