With a workforce of over 3.500 professionals across its offices in Europe and around the world, Telespazio operates an international network of Space Centres and Teleports, offering cutting-edge solutions in Geoinformation Services, Satellite Systems and Operations, and Satellite Communications.Join us as we continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible in Space.We are seeking a motivated and skilled Program Manager to join our Satellite Communication Area in Rome, within the unit responsible for delivering fixed and mobile satellite communication services to commercial customers.The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of new installations and services, meeting contractual requirements, timelines, cost targets, and financial performance indicators, while maximizing customer satisfaction. Operating in a highly international environment, the role involves direct interaction with global customers and suppliers, as well as the coordination of cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of new satellite communication installations and system upgrades, ensuring fast and efficient execution
Coordinate delivery activities with both customers and internal departments
Ensure full compliance with contractual scope, budgets, schedules, and quality standards
Participate in internal and customer meetings, as well as in bid and proposal teams
Support project and program budget definition and financial planning
Identify, assess, and manage program risks in accordance with company guidelines
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders involved in proposal and delivery phases
Develop and maintain the project roadmap, ensuring alignment with approved financial baselines
Monitor and control project performance, ensuring achievement of KPI targets (EBIT/revenues)
Support configuration management processes
Prepare and deliver periodic reports to senior management

Required Skills & Experience:

Degree in STEM disciplines and/or Business Administration
3+ years of experience in a similar role
Experience in preparing and managing proposals and bids
Proven experience managing medium-sized projects with customers and teams
Experience coordinating and managing national or international external suppliers
Strong knowledge of project/program management methodologies (requirements management, planning & control, stakeholder management)
Solid understanding of financial and economic metrics (EBIT, cash flow, economic KPIs)
Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written)
