- Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and marginality targets for Security Solutions
- Identify and engage with new potential clients, listening & understanding their needs and qualifying related investments
- Orchestrate the pre-sales team (proposal engineers and consultants) to develop differentiated value propositions that meet customers’ needs and influence/manage the customer's purchasing process
- Collaborate with internal teams, including proposal engineering, project management & legal to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close sales deals.
- Manage customers, opportunities and proposals through relevant JCI systems and in adherence to sales process (including periodic forecast and non-financial reporting to management).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales of security systems (Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Fire Detection, PSIM platforms)
- Existing commercial network with End Users, System Integrators and Consultants, preferably in one or more of the following critical infrastructure industries: Energy & Utilities, Transportation, Central Government & Defense, Banking & Insurance, Digital Infrastructures (Telecommunications & Data Centers)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- High business acumen and understanding of corporate financial principles
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- English fluency both verbal and written
- Willingness to travel as required
