  • Collect and analyze process data to evaluate production capability and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the mapping of the production process, collaborating with internal departments (production, quality).
  • Contribute to the creation of reports and technical documentation to support the project.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams, proposing solutions based on the collected data.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Food Technology or related fields (Food Engineering, Chemistry).
  • Basic knowledge of statistics, data analysis capabilities
  • Good proficiency in Excel (preferably with experience in statistical software).
  • Curiosity, proactivity, ability to work in a team, and good communication skills.
