Who we areBnp Paribas BNL Equity Investments is a brand new activity the Group has just launched in Italy.The team recently formed (“the Equity Team”) is tasked to perform (i) direct minority equity investments (also through co-investment schemes primarily with selected Private Equity funds) and (ii) investments in selected Italian Private Equity funds.Typical target companies would be Italian Small and Midcap Corporates operating in dynamic sectors with good economic and financial fundamentals and evident growth trends in terms of revenues and margins and “sustainable” KPIs, managed by professionals with proven experience and outstanding track record.What are we looking forWe are looking for a young professional to join the team as Investment Associate or Investment Manager (depending on experience) and support the(i) Origination,(ii) Deal execution and(iii) Investment management phases of the activity.Origination: to be performed exploiting (i) BNP Paribas Group network (ii) own personal network.
