So, here's the deal.Between Cappuccinos and Spritz we'd like you to:
  • take responsibility for the growth of Booster Box expansion in the Italian market, generating new business leads and opportunities with a particular focus on outbound sales
  • define the market strategy including researching the market, competitors, relevant industry events etc, to adapt the market approach
  • Identification, cultivation, and negotiation of strategic partnership opportunities across different verticals that can foster new opportunity pipelines
  • ensure Booster Box's growth within the Italian market, and drive its positioning as a top player in digital marketing services
  • prospecting and identifying new customers through cold calling, emails, attending relevant events, organising and leading webinars, etc
  • nurture prospects' pipeline and drive the entire sales process end-to-end, from first contact to pitching to closing the deal
  • collaborate with internal teams across product, marketing and customer success, to increase our value to clients
  • help shape the growing Booster Box squad as we continue to punch above our weight across the globe

REQUIREMENTSWe're looking for the best and brightest to join us (sometimes we look for unicorns too!). We want motivated, hard-working, proactive individuals to boot to join us ASAP.To land this gig, you need a few things:
  • Ideally you have 4+ years of experience in Sales and/or Business Development with proven experience in outbound sales
  • An interest (if not a passion) for digital marketing (...that's what we do damn well!) and an understanding of how it can enhance clients' business performance
  • Business development with a sales accent is your mother tongue (and also you're fluent in sarcasm)
  • Your Market strategy has a level of precision that is so military Napoleon looks like an amateur
  • Project management skills are critical. A pro-active, charismatic, and consultative approach is essential, together with a natural affinity for numbers
  • No cats under the table. Your colleagues speak English, the settings of the PlayStation in the gaming room will be in English... so you get the picture: damn you speak English fine!
  • Ownership & Accountability mixed with a laser focused attention to details and skyrocketing organisational skills
  • Attitude. Hunter personality and drive, positive and competitive approach. Have fun, all the time
