This recognition spans every geographical area (Europe, the Americas, and Asia Pacific) and all 26 countries where we operate.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?The Indirect Procurement Senior Buyer will lead, negotiate and execute sourcing activities for the Indirect goods and services for the Country Italy.Working closely with Senior Stakeholders, this role is expected to help identify and screen suppliers, develop strategic relationships, negotiate terms and conditions, and continuously drive improved supplier service levels through influencing and leadership on a cross functional basis.He/she will also partner with internal stakeholders to promote alignment and achievement of business objectives with exposure with Country General Manager.Responsibilities include also the monitoring of day-to-day procurement activities, ensuring a flawless PTP process and establishing routines for a continuous improvement.The Indirect Procurement Senior Buyer has also expertise in Indirect procurement categories:IT, Marketing, Fleet, Professional Services, Real Estate, Facility, Building & Constructions.WHO YOU AREYou are our ideal candidate if you have:
  • Master degree in Engineering, Economics, Political Science or business related field required.
  • At least 5 years of Procurement/Strategic Sourcing experience in multicultural and complex environments.
  • Experience negotiating and finalizing business terms and conditions for supplier contracts
and moreover if you show:
  • Strong expertise in Indirect Procurement categories, with a focus on IT and Marketing; experience in General categories is a plus.
  • Project and Program Management experience
  • Purchasing policies and processes and systems
  • Advanced negotiation skills
  • Cost Driver Estimating analysis
  • Advanced Excel/power point and analytical capabilities
  • Category/commodity cost driver knowledge
  • Category strategy development knowledge
  • Good English & Italian knowledge
  • Enthusiasm and Positive attitude
  • Highly effective collaboration skills
  • Effective at influencing others
  • Good self-management skills, energetic and willing to leave a legacy
