- You will help define and roll out the strategic plan for the Consulting Quality unit
- You will identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue and margin growth
- You will build and maintain trusted client relationships, positioning yourself as a strategic consulting partner
- You will lead and coordinate consulting projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met
- You will analyse clients’ processes, spot improvement areas and propose tailored solutions
- You will gather and interpret requirements through interviews, workshops and document reviews
- You will present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels
- You will support clients during implementation, facilitating execution and issue resolution
- You will promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team
- You have 8–10 years of experience in Life Sciences, preferably in consulting firms, CROs or technical environments
- You have held client‑facing roles and have a proven track record in business development
- You can manage complex projects and engage senior stakeholders effectively
- You have experience coordinating teams or project resources
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific/technical field
- You are fluent in written and spoken English
- You bring strong expertise in pharmacovigilance, quality, and clinical trials, combined with hands-on experience in QMS design and implementation, GxP compliance (including auditing), CSV, data integrity, and regulatory inspections, as well as a deep understanding of the relevant regulatory frameworks
- You demonstrate solid analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills
