- Strategic Development: Lead the design and execution of global value proposition initiatives aligned with customer needs, market trends, and business priorities
- Customer Insights: Leverage customer feedback, societal trends, and analytics to inform and optimize proposition design.
- New Concept Development: Utilize Design Thinking methodologies to develop new concepts based on insights, testing concepts and ideas with end-customers conducting focus groups with our distribution network
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, marketing, distribution, and digital teams to ensure seamless integration of propositions across channels and touchpoints
- Change Management: Promote customer-centric processes within business units, supporting cultural transformation through training and engagement
- Performance Monitoring: Define KPIs and monitor the performance of value propositions to ensure continuous improvement and measurable impact
- Community Engagement: Inspire and lead the Global Value Proposition Community, sharing best practices and fostering innovation across markets
- BU Steering: Guide business units in translating customer opportunities into commercially viable propositions and ensure the voice of the customer is embedded in product development
- Training & Enablement: Develop and deliver content, programs, and training in partnership with Group Academy and external partners to empower local teams
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages (Italian, French, German) is a plus
- Minimum 6 years of experience in value proposition development, product management, customer experience, strategic marketing, or strategy consulting
- Demonstrated ability to develop value propositions based on customer and market insights
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional and international teams within global matrix organizations
- Experience managing multiple projects from initiation to delivery in cross-functional environments
- Familiarity with change management and cultural transformation initiatives
- Ability to guide country teams and collaborate across departments (Marketing, Technical, Data, Distribution, Digital, IT, Operations)
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and storytelling through data and insights
- Strong understanding of insurance products and services, preferably with a background in Financial Services
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative market research techniques
- Experience in developing new concepts using Design Thinking methodologies, including collaboration with Product Testing teams and conducting Focus Groups with distribution networks
