- Support the preparation of monthly Sales reports and performance dashboards.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reporting, including P&L analysis and variance explanations.
- Contribute to cash management activities and support accounts payable processes.
- Support the planning cycle by preparing analyses for budget, forecasts, and specific financial items.
- Assist in the consolidation of quarterly financial data and related reporting packages.
- Contribute to the preparation of the annual budget and financial projections.
- Support stock management activities, including monitoring, reconciliation and related analysis.
- Collaborate on the development and implementation of annual Finance projects.
- Contribute to the optimization and automation of existing reporting files and tools.
- Perform ad hoc analyses to support cost optimization initiatives.
- Provide support in backup activities to ensure business continuity within the Finance team.
- Assist with various activities related to the financial management of the affiliate, including Internal Controls and compliance related tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree (or ongoing studies) in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Excel and willingness to learn new tools.
- Structured, reliable and organized approach to daily tasks.
- Ability to work in a team, communicate clearly and manage simple tasks independently.
- Motivation to learn and grow within a Finance function.
- Italian and English required.
