- Analyze and evaluate transactional and long-term service tenders under contractual perspective in order to detect contractual risks, deviations from the Group policies. Define the needed actions
- Analyze draft customer specifications and prepare comments or deviations to be submitted to the customers
- Draft contracts for short- and long-term maintenance services and provide support to Sales up to negotiation
- Manage business-legal correspondence between the company and customers and suppliers
- Manage relationships with consultants as lawyers and insurance companies
- Engineering, Economics or Law degree
- At least 5 years experience in proposal or contract management roles
- Excellent relationship skills
- Attitude to critical thinking, analysis and problem solving
- Planning and organization skills
- Ability in the coordination of multidisciplinary activities
- Fuent in English both written and spoken, a good knowledge of French, written and spoken will be a plus
- Previuos experience in energy sector is a plus
- Flexibility and willingness to travel abroad up to 30% of the time
