Are you familiar with the retail market and well-acquainted with international brands?Who You AreOur Agency & Capital Markets team is looking for a Senior professional who will operate in a fully client-facing role. He/She should bring enthusiasm, a strong propensity for teamwork, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, solid technological aptitude, and strong linguistic capabilities.Your Activities- Independent Clients Management (both Landlords and Tenants)- Leads origination (new mandates and clients)- Independent Agency Mandates Management- Negotiations and Deals ManagementWe are seeking a professional specialized in High Street, with a primary focus on Agency activities. Additionally, on an opportunistic basis, the role may involve tasks related to Capital Markets.Qualifications

Academic degree (Architecture/Engineer/Economics preferred)
Knowledge of the International Retail Market
>7 years of relevant experience
Native Italian speaker or C1 level, proficient in English
Familiar with Office Package especially with Excel and Power Point
Independent management of relationships and negotiations with the main market players (Landlords, Investors, Retailers, etc.)
Availability to travel across the main Italian cities.
