Bring your passion for service to one of Florence's most iconic luxury hotels and help craft unforgettable morning experiences for our guests.​About the role:The Food & Beverage Chef de rang provides exceptional quality and service to our guests. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests' needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences.What you will do:Provide an enjoyable, expertly served beverage or dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.Describe the selection of food & beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item.Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.Prepare and present bills accurately and perform all duties related to restaurant closing shifts.Greet and seat guests in a professional manner and take reservations conforming to Four Seasons standards.Assist in setting and clearing tables neatly, rapidly and completely according to specification.Assist in the breakdown, cleaning and set-up of buffets and food stationsWhat you bring:-
+2 years food service experience in a luxury environment-
An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task-
High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine-
Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset-
