As a Receptionist at Zuma, your role is to ensure a seamless guest experience by delivering warm welcomes, managing reservations, and providing outstanding service that anticipates every need. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Greet guests with a warm, professional welcome that sets the tone for their experience
  • Handle phone calls with courtesy and assist with inquiries or bookings
  • Manage reservations, confirmations, and bookings to keep the flow smooth
  • Keep the reception area spotless and inviting
  • Assist guests with requests, ensuring they’re guided to the right team or area
  • Communicate effectively during shift handovers to maintain a seamless operation
