- Maintain and ensure Company compliance. Draft and revise policies and internal regulations
- Manage contentious relationships with external lawyers, in accordance with Company policies and the law
- Implement and support new projects and initiatives (mainly cross-functional) to evaluate, monitor, and anticipate potential issues to the business. Analyze opportunities and risks, following, step by step, the relevant stakeholders in order to support the development of the project in all its parts. Collect opinions about doubts and questions of internal clients, in compliance with the Company strategies, as well as the laws, regulations, and European directives
- Ensure adequate and timely compliance with national and European regulations. Monitor and analyze legislation at the national and international levels in accordance with the timing imposed by the law
- Ensure compliance of new products to the existing laws. Minimize risks, supporting business strategies. Review and analyze packaging, materials, consumer information activities, market research, content from digital media and all the legal activities, answering promptly the questions received
- Maintain good and fast relationships with the agencies, government, and ADM. Management of all communications and requests to ADM and supports the Corporate Affairs in the relations with the Institutions and with the Government
Qualified Italian lawyer

Good project management skills
Proficiency in MS office
