The Industrial division of TXT E-Tech, a TXT group company, is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join its product development team and help shape the future of SmartConnext — our next-generation digital ecosystem that unifies enterprise and industrial applications across product lifecycle, manufacturing and operations (PLM, MES, ERP, ALM, IIoT, AI, BI).If you’re excited by modern architectures, real industrial challenges, and the opportunity to build a platform used across factories, engineering processes and enterprise operations, this role is for you.You will play a key role in driving the technical vision, architecture, integration strategy and core development of the ecosystem, working closely with Product Management and Solution Architects to deliver scalable, high-performance and future-ready solutions.Main responsibilities:

Design and develop the core building blocks of the SmartConnext platform;
Define and evolve architecture and integration principles across enterprise and industrial applications;

Contribute to the technology roadmap and help shape modern engineering practices;

Develop API-first microservices to connect SmartConnext with enterprise systems and external platforms;
Build cloud-ready services using Docker, Kubernetes and automated CI/CD pipelines;
Support the team with code reviews, mentoring and quality standards;
Drive the continuous refinement of the platform’s architecture and delivery processes;
Explore and prototype with Python and AI tools to create intelligent features, automations and PoCs.

Technical skills required:

Proven experience building enterprise and/or industrial solutions in complex, integrated environments;
Strong knowledge of .NET Core & ASP.NET Core and at least one modern frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue.js);
Hands-on experience with Python for automation, data processing or AI/ML experimentation;
Good familiarity with SQL (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB);
Experience with integration, orchestration and streaming tools such as NiFi, Kafka, or Node-RED;
Solid understanding of microservices, API-first principles and cloud-ready architectures;
Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes and scalable deployment approaches;
Strong curiosity for emerging tech such as AI, digital twins, IIoT, data lakes and industrial automation — ideally with a hands-on, experimental mindset.
