Description
Directly reporting to the Chairman, the Head of Operations is responsible for the total performance of the Country. The responsibility covers overall strategy, credit and collection framework including process and decisions.General Responsibilities:Develop and execute the company's operational business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholdersLegally managing and representing the local entityLead and delegate responsibilities to all operational and support functions, i.e. Finance, People & Culture, IT, Legal, Credit etc. in line with overall Group policies, guidelines and proceduresResponsible for the company's total financial performance, investments and other business venturesDeliver portfolio growth with profitability in line with the strategy & vision as set out in the Strategic Business PlanMeet the required business performance objectives

Main requirements:Relevant business knowledge and extensive experience from Financial Services SectorExperienced senior manager in Financial Leasing Sector
