- Plan and coordinate all on-site activities (preventive/corrective maintenance, spare parts warehouse management, workshop and repair activities)
- Design process according with the service contract agreement
- Attend planned periodical meetings (daily, weekly, monthly, annual) with internal/external stakeholders
- To be the primary point of contact with the Customer and with the Dematic Operations Manager
- Manage and prioritize service activities to minimize impact to the customer’s business
- Work with resident team in order to ensure the fully availability of the system under the service contract obligations
- Collaborate with other departments interacting continuously with his/her team on the work site
- Do periodically KPI analysis and write reports about the service activities
- Ensure a safe, secure and clean environment whilst ensuring that the project is delivered within the contractual obligations
- Maintain quality control and compliance procedures.
- Coordinate all on-site activity of Dematic personnel and subcontractors and serve as the primary point of contact between these activities and the Customer.(+ 25 workers)
- Coordinate and schedule maintenances correctly.
- Conduct frequent reviews of all on-site maintenances and immediately report all problems and potential schedule issues to the Operations Manager.
- Manage problems and prioritize system faults to minimize impact to the customer’s business.
- Ensure full utilization of DMMS for all maintenance types and spares management
- Monitor and coordinate working hours for all Dematic personnel.
- Report any resource or personnel issues immediately to the Operations Manager and authorize overtime, as approved by the Operations Manager.
- Promptly call for the intervention of engineering assistance on unusual or difficult problems.
- Curious towards the sector of logistic supply chain and industrial automation
- Experience for electrical, mechanical and software engineering
- At least 5-7 years of experience in material handling environment e.g. highly automated production plants
- Previous experience as Project Manager or Site Manager (not looking for Site Manager coming from installations) or in a similar role
- Previous key role experience in a complex organization
- Bachelor Degree or Technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or similar studies
- Good knowledge of Italian and English written and spoken
- Optimal Communication Written & Verbal
- Must be capable of effectively interacting with all stakeholders
- Must be able to act calmly in stressful situations and work under limited supervision
