- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gain a thorough understanding of automation systems and processes.
- Implement, configure, and optimize OT systems to support logistics and process automation.
- Contribute to engineering projects by supporting technology choices that enable data integrability, process automation and user-friendliness.
- Handle project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Support the continuous improvement of the efficiency and reliability of our solutions during their system lifecycle management.
- Develop expertise in plant-specific requirements through hands-on learning and collaboration.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, and vendors, to ensure seamless integration of new systems within the environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of OT systems and automation technologies.
- Familiarity with engineering principles and their application in industrial environments.
- Project management skills to coordinate and execute projects effectively.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and grow on specific technology solutions designed and developed ad-hoc for our business needs.
- Proficiency in English (B2 level or above).
- Experience in one or more areas among automation systems, industrial control systems, operational technology and information technology.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools or programming languages for industrial applications.
