This position is part of a close team and in our dynamic organization a lot of energy and a can-do attitude will bring you success!As Financial Planning Analyst, you will be a key player in business development within an exceptional growth environment, reporting to the EU South Finance Manager, but working hands on and closely with international functions. Responsibilities:
Responsible for management of the budgeting & forecasting process for EU South in accordance with timetables and guidelines.
Drives key initiatives and plays a significant role in systems and process development.
Provides insightful financial analysis and management information to facilitate an effective decision-making process.
Develops and enhances procedures to ensure efficient and effective management of the business.
Monitors performance and profitability closely against targets.
Lead process optimization, automation, and standardization.
Leads management reporting, ensuring all deadlines are met and are in accordance with group policies.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives (Marketing, Logistics, Sales, etc.).
Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior management.
Collaborate with FP&A teams in Europe to streamline processes, share best practices and drive efficiencies
Working closely with and support regional markets in all areas of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting.
Qualifications:Requirements
Minimum HBO level is required.
Minimally 5 years accounting experience.
Experience in change management.
Highly focused, hands on, with strong attention to details.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and financial systems; experience with Netsuite, TM1 and Power BI is an advantage.
Sound knowledge of Italian GAAP, US GAAP and SOX, is an advantage.
Fluent English is required, Italian and Spanish are an advantage.
