- Develop sales presentations and enablement materials informed by market trends, competitive analysis, product updates and pricing.
- Produce reports and dashboards to monitor program performance and sales KPIs.
- Analyse pipeline trends, identify whitespaces and gaps, and coordinate immediate corrective actions with stakeholders.
- Drive operational efficiency across the South team, standardising processes and tools to enable scale.
- Support cross-functional alignment between Sales, Marketing and Operations to maximise program impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field operations, business analysis, sales programs or a related area.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen; able to plan and deliver with accuracy and a sense of urgency.
- Confident with key sales KPIs/metrics and familiar with the SaaS business model.
- Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets; advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication skills, creativity, resilience and the ability to manage concurrent tasks with accountability.
- Experience with Tableau or other BI tools.
- Arabic language skills - B2/C1 level.
