- Provide 1st line IT support to end users across laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
- Assist with user account setup and access (Active Directory / Azure AD)
- Set up and configure new user devices
- Log, manage, and resolve tickets in a timely manner
- Escalate more complex issues when required
- Deliver clear, professional, and user-friendly communication
- Previous experience in an IT Support / Service Desk / Desktop Support role
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
- Hardware support and troubleshooting
- Hybrid working environment
