Provide 1st line IT support to end users across laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
Assist with user account setup and access (Active Directory / Azure AD)
Set up and configure new user devices
Log, manage, and resolve tickets in a timely manner
Escalate more complex issues when required
Deliver clear, professional, and user-friendly communication

Skills/Must have:

Previous experience in an IT Support / Service Desk / Desktop Support role
Strong customer-facing and communication skills
Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
Hardware support and troubleshooting
