Your ImpactThe Day-To-Day:
- Ensure all stock operations are performed to the highest standards of efficiency and accuracy, consistently guaranteeing product availability;
- Organize and maintain the stockroom, overseeing product rotations, new arrivals, and stock movements to support the team in delivering effective client service;
- Manage product replenishment and stock activities, including regular stock inventories and maintenance;
- Conduct regular stock checks, promptly identifying and reporting any discrepancies;
- Support after-sales processes ensuring procedures are accurately followed;
- Support the team across administrative and operational activities;
- Contribute to all necessary operational tasks to ensure overall store efficiency;
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are consistently applied;
- Collaborate in the planning and execution of inventories.
- Previous experience in fashion retail / hospitality or similar environments; study of fashion-related courses and experience in luxury retail is considered a plus;
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability;
- Sensitivity to product and understanding of the luxury retail environment;
- Able to work autonomously with a proactive and flexible approach;
- Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt to evolving business needs;
- Fluency in the local language; additional languages are considered a plus;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
