- Contribute to Strategy Development: Define and execute the Panel Builder Licensing Program strategy by analyzing and identifying new markets, segments, and product solutions, with a focus on Main Distribution Boards. This includes assessing customer needs, securing advantages, and conducting white spot analysis for effective market entry.
- Support Licensing Programs: Assist in the development and implementation of Strategic Licensing & Partnership & Licensing programs for Distribution Energy Management Platforms & Solutions, emphasizing the creation of a robust training program and onboarding process to enhance customer loyalty and competency.
- Conduct Market Intelligence Analyses: Provide comprehensive market intelligence analysis to identify and develop new markets, segments, or solutions for Distribution and Energy Management Solutions.
- Coordinate Marketing Launch Plans: Oversee the coordination of product marketing launch development plans, ensuring efficient and effective execution in collaboration with Local Sales Units.
- Engage in Agile Ceremonies: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies to share knowledge, processes, and market information, collaborating with the Agile Team to ensure alignment, efficiency, and effectiveness in executing user stories.
- Acquire New Licenses: Engage in acquiring new licenses as part of business development efforts, reviewing business performance to enhance project hit rates through close collaboration with local and global stakeholders.
- Monitor Business Performance: Continuously review and assess business performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or marketing— in low voltage products and systems.
- A total of ten years of experience in a global business environment, specifically in Sales & Marketing within the low voltage products/systems domain, including experience in Panel Builder channel management.
- An experienced customer-focused mindset and willpower that inspire reaching milestones
- Advanced analytical, communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a virtual team.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn about new technologies, processes, and methodologies, along with the capability to define and adapt new business models to address evolving business environments.
- Previous experience in an Agile/Scrum-oriented workforce
- Availability to travel approximately 35% of time.
- High proficiency in English. Good knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese is also appreciated
