You will lead bespoke B2B interior projects for an international portfolio of architects, interior designers, and luxury brands-playing a strategic role in ensuring operational efficiency, client satisfaction and business growth.This role combines managerial approac and commercial acumen, making it ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments and is passionate about design, craftsmanship, and luxury.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership
  • Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of high-end interior design projects, from tendering to engineering, supplier coordination, production, delivery, and final installation.
  • Define project scope, budget, and timeline with precision-monitoring key milestones and proactively mitigating risks.
  • Ensure that all phases meet our standards of quality, timing, and cost-efficiency.
Client Management
  • Act as the main point of contact for top-tier Trade clients (Architects, Interior Designers, Luxury Retail Brands), building trust and managing communications across all project stages.
  • Understand client objectives and ensure design outcomes reflect their aesthetic and functional needs.
Supplier & VendorCoordination
  • Liaise with our curated network of Italian artisans and manufacturers to source bespoke products and materials aligned with project requirements.
  • Oversee feasibility analysis, availability checks, and production schedules.
Budget & Margin Management
  • Evaluate and monitor project costs and profit margins, ensuring commercial soundness without compromising design quality.
  • Provide value-engineered alternatives when needed.
Technical & Compliance Oversight
  • Supervise technical specifications, certifications, and compliance requirements throughout the project.
  • Work closely with architects, contractors, and clients' consultants to ensure alignment at every stage.
InternalCoordination
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Sales, Order Management, Logistics, Customer Care, and Administration.
  • Facilitate smooth operations and on-time delivery through clear, timely communication.
Opportunity Scouting
  • Support the evaluation of new project leads and RFQs, preparing strategic responses in collaboration with Sales and Design.
RequirementsWho We Are Looking For?
  • Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or similar, with a strong sense of aesthetics and spatial design.
  • 4+ years of experience managing complex projects in luxury interiors, architecture, or custom retail design.
  • Familiar with millwork, bespoke furniture production, and site coordination.
  • Excellent client-facing and project leadership skills-capable of guiding high-profile clients and multiple stakeholders with confidence.
  • Proficient in project management tools (MS Office, Excel,…).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Business-oriented mindset with high attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluent in English; Italian native or fluent.
  • Passionate about design, Italian craftsmanship, and the luxury lifestyle sector.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and resilient under pressure.
