In this role, you will own all aspects of people operations, from talent acquisition and performance management to culture, engagement, and employee development. You’ll play a critical role in shaping Hercle’s evolving team and ensuring it remains a best-in-class environment for top talent.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Hercle’s people strategy in alignment with business goals and culture.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top-tier talent across all functions and jurisdictions.
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, engagement, and offboarding.
  • Establish clear performance management frameworks, OKRs, and feedback cycles.
  • Build scalable HR policies, processes, and systems to support a distributed and growing team.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across hiring and team culture.
  • Provide strategic HR support and guidance to leadership on organizational design, compensation, and team development.
  • Lead initiatives around employee wellbeing, leadership coaching, and internal communications.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in People/HR roles, with preferably 2+ years in a leadership position.
  • Proven success building and scaling people operations in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of best practices across talent acquisition, employee experience, and performance management.
  • Ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Deep empathy, integrity, and a people-first mindset.
