- Develop and implement Hercle’s people strategy in alignment with business goals and culture.
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top-tier talent across all functions and jurisdictions.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, engagement, and offboarding.
- Establish clear performance management frameworks, OKRs, and feedback cycles.
- Build scalable HR policies, processes, and systems to support a distributed and growing team.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across hiring and team culture.
- Provide strategic HR support and guidance to leadership on organizational design, compensation, and team development.
- Lead initiatives around employee wellbeing, leadership coaching, and internal communications.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in People/HR roles, with preferably 2+ years in a leadership position.
- Proven success building and scaling people operations in a high-growth or startup environment.
- Strong understanding of best practices across talent acquisition, employee experience, and performance management.
- Ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
