- Ensure that the business’s interests are at all times secured and protected, either through preventive or remedial action.
- Ensure compliance with Atlante Global and the Group’s procedures and policies by Atlante Italia.
- Provide proactive memos and legal opinions in a timely manner and advise on legal matters affecting the business and providing legal solutions to minimize risks involved in the business’s operations.
- Provide legal support in drafting the contracts with private parties, partners, suppliers; review and analyze draft contracts or contractual amendments, highlighting the main risks and the related mitigation measures.
- Contribute to the analysis and periodical review of the contractual templates relating to the company's business activities (e.g., commercial agreements and typical real estate agreements) and ensure the proper operation/management of executed contracts across the organization.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with laws and regulations in force, including but not limited to Legislative Decree no. 231/01 and Legislative Decree 196/03.
- Supporting Atlante General Counsel in supervising and coordinating external counsels’ opinions and management on litigation matters, as well as on corporate secretary activities and information flows to the company’s main bodies (e.g. Board of Directors and Supervisory Body).
- Oversee and or supervise the drafting and vetting of contracts/ agreements/ legal documents and ensure the proper administration of executed contracts across the organization.
- Perform any other duties and procedures, including reporting activities, as may be necessary and/or required by the CEO or the General Counsel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law;
- Attorney qualified;
- Previous experience of approx. 5 years in a similar role in primary law firms and/or international companies. Previous experience in corporate affairs will be a plus;
- Experience in drafting a variety of legal documentation and commercial contracts;
- Strong knowledge and experience in Real Estate law and related administrative issues;
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities;
- Outstanding time management skills;
- Ability to explain complex contract laws in everyday language;
- Fluent English speaker and writer. Second language knowledge (French or Spanish) will be a plus;
