The successful candidate will work on a wide range of high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors, with a 360 degree approach spanning from project financing , M&A, project development, project contracts to legal due diligence exercise on the full set of energy and infrastructure assets in Italy and abroad.Our Project, Energy and Infrastructure Team consists of highly industry specialized lawyers, recognized among the best for their areas of expertise.   • Assist in advising Italian and international clients on legal due diligence, project development, project financing, M&A and project contracts for energy and infrastructure projects.
  • Draft, review and negotiate contracts and legal documentation related to energy and infrastructure transactions.
  • Conduct due diligence activities and prepare related dd reports.
  • Work closely with clients, authorities, technical and financial advisors as well as international Dentons teams.
  • Support the team on project structuring and execution, including energy projects (solar, wind, biogas, biomethane, hydro, hydrogen, storage, gas, etc.) and infrastructure (hospitals, highways, ports, bridges, data centers, water, etc.).
Requirements:
  • Italian Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the field of Project, Energy and Infrastructure, gained in a comparable law firm.
  • High level of English (Certificate C1). Other foreign languages are a plus.
  • Vocation and motivation for exercising the legal profession.
  • Attention to detail.
