- Participate in defining the medium and long-term Communication strategic plan in alignment with Marketing.
- Achieve shared targets with the management through personal contribution and team management.
- Supervise brand positioning globally, ensuring consistency and recognizability in target markets.
- Conceptualise and manage effective and innovative communication campaigns to promote products and brand image.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international media, managing public relations activities and ensuring positive media coverage.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure an integrated and synergistic approach to communication and marketing activities.
- Constantly monitor market trends and consumer behaviours in the luxury jewellery sector, providing strategic insights to adapt communication activities.
- Allocate the allocated budget for global communication activities, ensuring efficient use of financial resources.
- Lead and motivate the team through coaching and training activities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education;
- Proven experience in the field of communication or marketing, preferably in the luxury or jewellery sector;
- Demonstrated leadership and authority skills, gained through managerial roles;
- Analytic and relational skills;
- Ability to operate in entrepreneurial contexts with a high level of autonomy;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders;
- Strong results orientation;
- Fluent English language skills required.
