Who we're looking for?We're looking for a JUNIOR PRICING ANALYST for our Pricing Team based in Rome.Do you like generating insights from data? If your answer is “yes”, then we are looking for you and we believe Younited and the Risk&Pricing Team is the perfect fit for you!What we Expect from you· You will be part of a central operative and strategic team, with the key role of creating, implementing, and uploading new pricing strategy· You will perform data analysis and post-activity evaluations to derive strategic pricing recommendations and continuously optimize revenue generation.· You will monitor and analyze specific KPIs related to customer conversion to identify the best pricing strategies and maximize Return on Asset (ROA)· You will design and maintain statistical dashboards with forecasting models· You will cooperate and work on a daily basis with the local pricing teams in Paris and Barcelona, performing impact analysis and implementing pricing strategyYour profile - Skills&Experience
  • University degree (BS) or Master's in economics (quantitative oriented), statistics, mathematics, engineering, or closely related fields
  • Ability to work proficiently with Microsoft Office programs and advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to analyse information and use logic to address work-related issues and problems
  • Strong analytical background and the passion of finding valuable information in complex datasets
  • Mentally agile and flexible approach
  • Would be a plus:
  • 1 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in data visualization and data science tool (e.g., Power Bi or Tableau)
  • Experience with Business Intelligence software or Advanced Analytics tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python, or anything similar)
