We engineer innovative solutions that minimize environmental impact while creating comfortable and healthy spaces for people to live, work, and thrive.We work closely with architects, designers, and specialists across disciplines to deliver truly integrated and impactful solutions for our clients.The OpportunityYou will have the opportunity to work on complex projects often with large international teams. Your main objective will be to support the team in sustainability certification processes, collaborating closely with industry experts and develop your technical skills and knowledge through structured training programs and mentorshipAs a Sustainability Intern at Arup, you will:
  • Assist in the design and delivery of mainly building projects projects, collaborating with experienced engineers and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Be involved in all phases of certification processes and gain knowledge of different certification procedures
  • Participate in site visits, client meetings, and project workshops, gaining valuable industry exposure.

  • Being enrolled in a relevant degree such as Civil, Environmental, Energy or Building Engineering.
  • Previous experience or knowledge of environmental and wellbeing certifications (e.g. LEED)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eagerness to learn and apply new concepts.
  • good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to contribute effectively in a collaborative environment.
