The Operational Excellence Specialist will play an important role ensuring the Productivity targets are reached and the PPI activities for the Site are successfully driven through a collaborative challenge and a support to the SLT and others site departments.Assignments, specific/primary activities:
  • Support E2E Operational Excellence and encourage all colleagues to continuously optimize their processes. Establishes a Lean Culture ensuring that all employees become more involved in the PPI initiative.
  • Support site Digital transformation strategy, driving the Operational Excellence influence on Industry 4.0.
  • Facilitate Continuous Improvement events (such Kaizen, VSM, Workshop) in order to reach the efficiency and productivity targets.
  • Act as an internal consultant for sharing and implementing Best Practices.
  • Assist in the education and training on operational excellence principles.
  • Monitor performance, and participate to performance reviews.
Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Economics or Business.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment, with proven experience of continuous improvement.
  • 2 years of demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and meeting the predefined quality requirements.
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Good knowledge of statistical tools.
  • Experience in Digital Transformation and Digital Solutions
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral.
