  • Global responsibility for the entire product lifecycle of modern signaling systems products, developing and maintaining a consistent, sustainable, and market-oriented portfolio strategy and deriving prioritized actions accordingly
  • Central role in all technical aspects of the portfolio - from technology strategy to daily operations in regional markets with special focus on the Italian signaling market.
  • Focus on launching a new product generation with a substantial development budget.
  • Advancement of the portfolio toward digitalization, positioning as a driver of future technologies.
  • Identification of technological trends and collaboration with development teams to turn ideas into marketable products.
  • Responsible for the quality of market and competitor analysis methodologies.
  • Periodic and cross-project collection, analysis, and evaluation of market, customer, and competitor data.
  • Identification of trends, segments, and market entry barriers.
  • Comparison of current business status with market data and definition of future positioning.
To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:
  • University degree (Diploma / Master's) in engineering or equivalent.
  • Several years of professional experience in product management, project management, engineering, or R&D.
  • Expertise in communication technology.
  • Expertise in railway signaling preferably in the Italian Market.
  • Knowledge of the homologation process in Italy
  • Excellent English skills and willingness to travel (~20%).
  • Passion to never-stop growing
  • Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
  • Proficiency in English
  • Eligibility to work in Italy
