- Management of national and international consultancy services, starting from the analysis of the client's needs and following the entire process of co-creation, articulation, and delivery of the training project;
- Design and implementation of digital training programs: structuring content in an engaging and effective manner for learning, message identification, graphic and communicative design, media selection, and project change management;
- Creation of multimedia content, such as videos, presentations, tutorials, newsletters, brochures, manuals, virtual classrooms, etc;
- Customization of multimedia content and delivery platforms based on client expectations;
- Research and exploration of innovative solutions and products in the field of e-learning and knowledge management;
- Management of online and classroom training through the use of well-known computer platforms;
- Analysis of data related to online and classroom training;
- Creation of reporting mechanisms to monitor the progress of the training process through targeted tracking activities;
- Tutoring and assistance during the delivery of training activities, whether conducted on a platform or in a classroom.
- Knowledge of e-Learning platform management, with particular reference to Moodle (admin side);
- Understanding of Instructional Design principles and of the editorial process related to instructional planning and multimedia development of e-Learning courses
- Proficiency in the main authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Vyond, Canva, etc.);
- Familiarity with the underlying logic of international e-Learning standards (SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004);
- Passion and enthusiasm for HR issues, curiosity and proactivity, with a flexible approach and the ability to meet deadlines;
- An excellent knowledge of the MS Office package;
- An excellent knowledge of English, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad.
