- Collect, process, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support informed business decision-making.
- Use analytical tools to extract, interpret, and present data, ensuring findings are communicated clearly to stakeholders to guide strategy.
- Produce forecasts and monthly reports for royalties, end-year rebate agreements, and multi-year expenditure contracts, in coordination with the Finance department.
- Manage monthly reporting of sales indicators and OEM network updates.
- Ensure alignment between expenses and the marketing budget, maintaining control over all budget lines.
- Support the sales business unit by maintaining and updating the financial analysis tool (“offer simulation”) in line with business development needs.
- Guarantee accurate group reporting via the ROSA tool.
- Promote effective use of company tools in compliance with Group policies (e.g., Price Insight, Compass).
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (sales, finance, logistics) to develop analyses and documentation, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Support the Marketing Manager in developing pricing strategies through sales/promotion analysis and monitoring market trends across channels.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, recommending and implementing efficiency improvements.
- Proven track record in data management, analysis, and reporting.
- Previous experience in project management, from defining objectives to evaluating results.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel; familiarity with other data management tools is an asset.
- Strong relational skills and the ability to communicate findings effectively to different audiences.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Experience required: 3-5 years in similar analytical and business performance roles, preferably in a multinational or structured environment.
