- Provide expert mentorship on HR processes and policies.
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop strategic HR roadmaps.
- Lead talent management strategies in partnership with senior leadership.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including performance management, career development, and recognition programs.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking and performance-based incentives.
- Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
- Stay updated with current industry trends and effective strategies to consistently improve HR processes and programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is acceptable.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in a complex matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated experience in Human Resources, handling diverse and complex HR responsibilities.
- Detailed understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Influence and mentor leaders and employees to achieve desired outcomes.
- Analyse HR data and trends and recommend proactive solutions.
- Ability to work in a standard office environment.
- Occasional travel may be required.
