Enhance customer satisfaction by engaging with users through informative and friendly communication.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure messages are consistent and reflect the brand’s voice.
Identify patterns in customer inquiries to help inform product improvements and service enhancements.
Assist in developing social media campaigns and content that resonate with Italian-speaking audiences.
Stay updated on industry trends and social media best practices to provide informed support and recommendations.
Requirements
Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in social media support, community management, or customer service.
