- Training and information to personnel on RINA Consulting's Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Management Systems, and other OHSE matters.
- Revise the Occupational Health, Safety and Environment documentation in light of changes in the needs of the organization.
- Initiate action(s) to minimize the likelihood of the occurrence of nonconformities.
- Reporting to the QOHSE Head on the performance of the Occupational HSE Management Systems including recommendations for improvement.
- Support to OUs worldwide for Occupational HSE matters. Support OHSE Manager in interfacing with third parties.
- Develop of internal audits to ensure OHSE policies, procedures and instructions are being followed.
- Monitor internal controls of key business processes, their supporting application and infrastructure, to measure effectiveness and mitigate risk.
- Promote a Occupational Health and Safety culture throughout the RINA Consulting organization Be aware and understand the OHSE Policies.
- Ensure that all assigned activities are executed in accordance with the RINA Consulting Integrated OHSE Management System.
- Be aware of the quality of his own work and its impact on service delivery and contribute to the OHSE Management System improvement according to his/her role.
- Activities of supporting OHSE Management System Managers in the development and implementation of OHSE worldwide.
- Cooperate with the OHSE Manager and active collaboration and support to the Management for Part III Audits of the Customers and of the bodies involved for the OHSE activities of the company Management System.Technical support on activities for the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 schemes of the company Management System, support to the Company Management for the Review of the OHSE Integrated Management System.
- To verify the application of Company and Corporate policies,
- To develop OHSE guidelines, procedures and protocols,
- To perform internal OHSE Audit
- Conducting and implementing OHSE risk assessment for company sites and tenders/special projects in support of operational activities
- Plan and coordinate OHSE operations for normal operation and for specific projects
- Review reports on incidents and to identify remediation actions
- Having at least 3-5 years of experience as an internal auditor will be considered as a strong plus;
- Possession of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001certifications (required);
- Possession of other ISO 9001 and/or SA 8000 Auditor qualifications will be considered as a plus;
- Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
