- Lead pricing strategies across different markets, ensuring alignment with overall commercial goals. This includes defining the annual sales plan based on activation plans and growth strategies.
- Analyze the business environment, monitor competitors, and define the global price positioning of the company’s products.
- Innovate pricing models to maximize customer willingness to buy, tailoring pricing packages according to market needs.
- Collaborate with the E-commerce team and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless omnichannel customer experience.
- Play a key role in financial revenue planning, working with global Sales & Marketing teams to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with financial objectives.
- At least 5 years of experience in pricing and revenue management within global companies.
- A Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering Management, Mathematics/Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong data-driven mindset with commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Experience in E-commerce and knowledge of both B2B and B2C sales dynamics.
- Proficiency in Excel, quantitative tools, and PowerPoint (knowledge of Power BI is an advantage).
- Fluency in English and a passion for working in a global, diverse environment.
