- Collaborating closely with users and consulting partners to gather, understand, and analyze their needs and requirements.
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of user interactions and pain points through regular feedback sessions and usability testing.
- Applying creativity and rigorous problem-solving in developing concept solutions for new features and workflows that serve unfulfilled user needs.
- Working hand-in-hand with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and effective designs, ensuring that user experience is at the forefront of the product development process.
- Documenting detailed product requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development team.
- Defining test cases and scenarios to ensure that developed features meet quality standards and functional requirements.
- Serving as the key interface between business stakeholders and the engineering team, ensuring clear communication and accurate translation of requirements into technical specifications.
- Constantly pushing the boundaries in finding new creative ways and tools to enhance the team’s existing processes (user testing, rapid prototyping, documentation, code generation, etc.)
- Supporting the planning and execution of the product roadmap, aligning short-term activities and long-term vision.
- Participating in all agile rituals including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and review meetings.
- Tracking and reporting on product development progress and performance metrics, ensuring that the team is aligned and on track to meet its goals.
- Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 2-5 years experience in product-related roles in a technology environment OR experience in management consulting
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and an a proactive, entrepreneurial drive to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
- Fluency in English is a must; fluency in Italian is a plus.
- Prior experience in the consulting industry and/or in SaaS or enterprise software is a preferred.
