Lead and contribute to the improvement of mechanical designs, optimizing functionality, reliability, and manufacturability;
Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for advanced machinery;
Review and refine existing systems to meet evolving technical and operational needs;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electronics, software, and manufacturing;
Participate in design reviews and support implementation phases;
Travel regularly to support project activities and customer interactions.

What You Need to Be SuccessfulYou are a skilled mechanical designer with a hands-on, curious mindset and drive to solve complex engineering problems.
You thrive in collaborative environments and are motivated by the opportunity to make a tangible impact.You also have:

A Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (PhD is a plus);
At least 5 years of experience in mechanical design within the machinery or automation sector;
Advanced proficiency in parametric CAD tools;
Experience with DTV (Design to Value) approach;
Strong communication skills, and good command of English language (B2/C1 level);
Flexibility and enthusiasm for frequent business travel;
A proactive, hands-on, and curious approach to engineering.
