  • Support the development of comprehensive monthly reports and detailed performance analysis, including but not limited to P&L, cash flow, and product margins, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial documentation.
  • Organize, clean, and validate data gathered from various internal sources, and build insightful dashboards using tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, and Looker Studio to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze performance metrics across products, channels, and campaigns to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Contribute to the development of internal and investor reporting materials, ensuring clarity and precision in all communications.
  • Assist in translating complex bookkeeping data into actionable operational insights and accurate forecasts, aiding strategic planning.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, retail, and product teams to support informed business decisions, leveraging financial insights to drive growth and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
  • Analytical thinker, strong with numbers and spreadsheets
  • Curious, tech-savvy, and eager to learn new tools
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized
  • Hands-on self-starter comfortable with fast turnarounds
  • Bonus: familiarity with SQL, Google BigQuery, or data visualization tools
