The company partners with major OEMs worldwide and maintaining the highest standards in quality, sustainability, and operational performance.To lead and optimize manufacturing operations, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager.PosizioneThe role is responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, meeting quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives, while leading and developing production teams.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production activities, ensuring output targets, quality standards, and delivery deadlines are consistently met;

Lead, motivate, and develop production teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement;

Optimize production processes, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and waste minimization;

Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards (e.g., IATF 16949) and health & safety regulations;

Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Logistic, and Maintenance to ensure seamless operations;

Monitor KPIs (OEE, scrap rate, productivity, etc.) and implement corrective actions where needed;

Drive WCM initiatives and continuous improvement projects;

Manage production planning and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.

RequisitiMain requirements:

Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field;

Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive sector (Tier 1 preferred);

Strong knowledge of plastic components manufacturing processes (e.g., injection molding) is a plus;

Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools;

Experience managing teams in a high-volume production environment;

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;

Fluency in English.
