- Develop and execute territory plans to maximize geographic coverage and sales opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with dairy farmers and key influencers, including veterinarians and nutritionists.
- Manage customer accounts as a trusted advisor, recommending technology‑driven improvements based on farm operations.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of livestock intelligence solutions through ongoing training.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support customer adoption and long‑term value.
- Identify and drive upselling, cross‑selling and upgrade opportunities.
- Represent the company at trade shows, farm events and industry activities.
- At least 3–5 years of success in senior customer‑facing or commercial roles within dairy farming, agribusiness or agri‑technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, animal science, business or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of dairy operations (reproduction, herd health, nutrition, milk quality) with the ability to translate insight into customer value.
- Proven commercial mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Trusted relationship builder able to influence key accounts and industry stakeholders.
- High technical and digital aptitude to position complex agritech solutions effectively.
- Strategic, autonomous professional with strong territory and account management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in the local language with professional proficiency in English.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics is a plus.
