- Respond to customer issues relating to the Regulatory area
- Respond accurately and on time to customer problems relating to the Regulatory area. (Documents, raw material specifications, Quality questionnaires)
- Ensures EMEA regulatory processes are followed.
- Review department performance with local managers on a monthly basis.
- Shares Best Practices.
- Ensures that regulatory documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
- Responsible for the annual review of supplier documentation requirements.
- It deals with the training of Supplier & Product Management with respect to requests for regulatory documentation.
- Is updated with respect to regulatory information using inputs from the Quality / EHS teams and shares them with the relevant resources of the company.
- Analyzes and evaluates the impact of new regulations and legislative changes on Univar's commercial regulatory activity.
- Regulatory Support to Supplier & Product Management to create the best interface team with Univar suppliers
- Actively supports Supplier & Product Management in regulatory aspects.
- Provides inputs related to supplier commercial regulatory performance to Supplier & Product Management teams and Quality / EHS teams.
- Forms Supplier & Product Management with respect to Regulatory Affairs requirements.
- Ensures that the process of updating and archiving product documents for key suppliers and products are managed and applied clearly.
- It ensures that all regulatory information is acquired and used effectively within Univar.
- Shows behaviors that allow him / her to be seen as an integral part of the business with which he shares responsibility for performance.
- In the presence of collaborators, it ensures the highest EHS standards for staff, equipment and the environment.
- Shares best practices and encourages formal and informal communication.

- Fluency Degree in CTF, Pharmacy or in the Chemical field
- Preferably experience in Cosmetic or Beauty& Personal Care business area
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain in technical terms at an adequate level
- Strong in English
