- Scout new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and consultative selling.
- Promote digitalization and innovation across the buildings' landscape, helping clients unlock efficiency, sustainability, and performance through smart technologies.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and how Siemens technologies can help them stay competitive in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create valuable solutions, contribute to go-to-market strategies, and support the deployment of innovative digital services.
- You have less than 29 years of age
- You are available to work from our Milan HQ for the first year of the program
- Recent graduated or about to graduate in Engineering and Economics and passionate about technological innovation
- Ideally, you have had international experience (study or internship abroad)
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a changing environment
- Passion to never-stop growing
