Together, we will build on our company’s long history and keep on leading the way to a better world.Discover your exciting rolesAs a Planner (m/f/d) for our Data Center Business Unit you will be responsible for the effective execution and management of the end-to-end integrated schedule development, coordination, monitoring, control and reporting process throughout the life cycle of DTC projects. You will enable project teams to target competitive schedule solutions and provide critical input for the project change and risk management process.Explore your tasks and responsibilities
  • Supports standardization into scheduling process
  • Supports the schedule development and management, including resource loading and leveling
  • Supports the management and implementation of key metrics and benchmarks (internal and external) to effectively gauge schedule performance and promote continuous improvement
  • Performs a variety of tasks associated with the development and maintenance of highly complex Primavera P6 project schedules including WBS structure development, logic links, constraints, progress tracking, earned value reporting, float management, etc.
  • Ensures the schedule minimum quality standards and it is ready to accommodate change and risk management process
  • Participates in schedule update meetings as required
  • Work extensively with subcontractors ensuring schedule requirement compliance, accurate and timely updates, slippage recovery, etc
Show your expertises
  • Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering field and/or Construction Management
  • First experience in Planning and Scheduling for EPC Projects
  • Experience in the EPC Engineering, Procurement and Construction industry, working with engineering, procurement, and contractors
  • Intermediate knowledge of Primavera P6
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of Project Controls Functions
  • Basic understanding of CPM (Critical Path Method) concepts and calculations
  • Fluent in Italian and English
