As part of the finance team, the candidate will support the team in the existing investment portfolio as well as new business.What will you do?
  • Creating and updating financial models
  • Budgeting and monitoring of the investment portfolio
  • Project reporting for board, investors, lenders
  • Support to commercial negotiations with project partners & advisors
  • Drafting of investment memorandum for internal investment committees
  • Interact with the other internal teams to acquire and share knowledge, and deliver well-rounded analyses;
  • support the due diligence process with internal teams and external advisors
You will bring
  • Studies: Economics, Management, Finance, Management Engineering
  • Experience: 3-5 years in real estate development and/or asset management companies, banks, equity investors, advisory & consulting firms
  • Knowledge of the real estate investment analysis principles and of real estate finance
  • Basic Knowledge of ITA GAAP accounting
  • Strong financial modelling skills
  • Knowledge skills: Microsoft Office, excel in particular.
  • Very good English, both oral and written
