The resource will have the opportunity to interact daily with customers and colleagues from different departments, developing cross-functional skills and an integrated vision of the order-to-cash process.Main activitiesEntering customer orders into the management systems and updating delivery/forecast plans, both manually and via EDI flows.Daily communication with Italian and international customers regarding availability, timelines, and delivery methods.Timely updating of the order portfolio and monitoring of changes.Active collaboration with internal departments involved in the process (Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Shipping).Support in updating prices within the order portfolio.QualificationsEducational background in economics, management, languages, or related fields.Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).Good command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).Teamwork attitude, strong communication skills, and customer orientation.Accuracy, proactivity, and ability to manage priorities.Additional InformationBosch is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
